Have an iPhone problem we haven't covered, a correction to a guide, or a question about a fix? We'd like to hear from you.
Email us at:
To get the fastest, most useful answer
Include these four things in your message — they let us skip the back-and-forth and go straight to the fix:
- Your iPhone model — e.g. iPhone 15, iPhone 14 Pro. (Settings → General → About → Model Name)
- Your iOS version — e.g. iOS 26.1. (Settings → General → About → iOS Version)
- What's happening — describe the problem in your own words: when it started, whether it followed an update, and exactly what you see.
- What you've already tried — restarts, resets, toggles, anything. It saves us both time.
What we can and can't do
- We can point you to the right guide, clarify a step, or look into a problem we haven't covered yet.
- We can't remotely diagnose your specific device, recover your data, or replace Apple Support — if your iPhone has a hardware fault or is under warranty, Apple Support is the right call.
- We read every message, but we can't promise a same-day reply. Guides and fixes come first; inbox second.
Please don't send passwords, Apple ID credentials, or payment details — we will never ask for them, and you should never share them by email.
